Terms of service

By registering at Black2005 and playing the game you accept the terms below.

Account

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Never share your password or secret answer; the staff will never ask for your password.
Selling, transferring and sharing accounts is forbidden. Losses caused by this are not restored.
Your registration details must be correct; your registered e-mail and secret answer are asked when you reset your password.

Following the game rules is mandatory. Cheats, third-party programs, bug abuse and unauthorised access to other accounts are forbidden; if detected the account is banned temporarily or permanently.
Characters, items, gold and Silk in the game are virtual; they give a right of use tied to your account and have no real-money value.
Server settings (rates, items, events) may change for game balance; maintenance and updates are announced in advance whenever possible.

Purchased Silk is non-refundable once added to the account and cannot be transferred to another account.
Silk obtained through rule violations (stolen payments, chargebacks, exploits) and items bought with it are removed, and the account may be banned.

The server does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. After technical failures data may be restored from the most recent backup.
These terms may be updated; the current version is always on this page.
